River Village Shoppes offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly; items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days after receipt of payment, and depending on your shipping zone, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days later. Please note that this estimated shipping time can not be guaranteed during the holidays and unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes,etc.)
ReturnsAll we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging. For the full value of your return, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
